Director of Sales
Develop sales plans and goals and organize their implementation;
Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, assessment and motivation;Responsible for market research and analysis to understand market needs;
Develop sales strategies and coordinate with other departments;
Responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales data.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, related majors are preferred;
Work Experience: More than 4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with successful sales performance
Professional Knowledge: Familiar with relevant knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of drug registration, production, sales, and other processes;
Management Ability: Have good management ability and be able to lead the team to achieve sales goals;
Communication Skills: Have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, etc.;
Analytical Skills: Have good analytical skills and be able to analyze market data and formulate effective sales strategies;
