Construction Director:
Our client is searching for a highly-skilled and detail-oriented Construction Director with proven expertise in coordinating project design, estimates, value engineering, scheduling, permitting, and bidding to drive project excellence.
- Experienced in leading multi-million-dollar developments and redevelopments and providing oversight in the provision of lean-based solutions, project planning, roadblocks mitigation, as well as contract negotiation and administration.
- Well-versed in understanding and translating all key construction documents, including drawings, submittals, permits, safety regulations, change orders, and RFIs.
- Possess outstanding organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Excel in managing stakeholder relations, direct cost-effectiveness, and eliminating high-stake project risks.
The ideal candidate for the Construction Director position should have 7- 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
