Responsibilities

We are looking for Recruitment Industry professionals who have a proven track-record in the recruitment/staffing industry, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM’ s Core Values.

You will be part of an established corporate brand and team of tenured professionals. Your specific daily functions will include a mix of sales (job-order generation/coordination) and/or candidate recruiting. Our Peer-to-Peer network of RIM colleagues will be eager to work with you to help fill your open job orders or to provide available candidates. Associates work within a true team-based environment, although they have the option of working 100% remotely (i.E. Work-From-Home) if desired.

We offer extensive training; both live (virtual) and through our proprietary online LMS (Learning Management System).

You will focus on job orders within your specific areas of specialization that may include: accounting/finance/tax, IT, marketing/creative, administrative, operations, HR, legal, healthcare, executive search and other related professional roles.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of prior/recent experience working within a staffing agency, recruitment agency, or executive search firm, ideally in a sales or recruitment function.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track-record of success.
  • Strong ethics and alignment with RIM’ s Core Values.

Compensation:

We pay out the highest commission in the industry on direct-hire placements, and temp/contract net margin (no base salary or benefits).
