Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of recent sales or recruiting experience working within a staffing agency environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of success.
Strong ethics and alignment with RIM’s Core Values.
Compensation:
RIM Recruitment Professionals pays out the highest commission in the industry on direct-hire placements and temp/contract net margin (Please note that there is no base salary or benefits).
