YOUR ROLE
  • Contact prospective clients daily, utilizing various sales methods including cold outreach, following up on warm leads, networking with brokerage community, etc
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, investors, and tenants by attending networking events, conferences, meals, etc
  • Leverage all available resources to source new deal opportunities and raise capital funding
  • Create, analyze, and present financial modeling for new prospective deals
  • Create and deliver reporting packages to clients, investors, and company leadership as required
  • Maintain deal pipeline. Follow up on leads and opportunities
  • Monitor market activity by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing comp. Data
  • Lead and manage due diligence process for all new projects
  • Navigate transactions from prospect to close
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, including new technology. Present value add options to leadership
  • Travel to project sites as needed. Tour prospective acquisition and development sites locally and nationally
  • Be willing to take on new responsibilities based on company and client needs



DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of working in real estate investment and/or development with transactional experience
  • Retail experience strongly preferred
  • Self-storage experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience in deal sourcing and/or raising capital is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Tech savvy – able to quickly learn and leverage software and cloud-based tools
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
