Seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the organization's day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, trial balances, month-end close, and financial statement preparation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general accounting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Manage accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliation functions.
Review and maintain accurate trial balances and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
Experience overseeing accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
