We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager with a passion for Lean manufacturing and a drive to implement effective strategies for operational efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in developing and executing a comprehensive improvement culture across the company, with a primary focus on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and overall service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, communicate, and maintain the vision and strategy for implementing a Lean manufacturing system.
Lead cultural change through process improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and hands-on workshops.
Oversee and analyze advanced data for process mapping and cost analysis, preparing feasibility reports and budgets.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies (6 Sigma, 5S, Lean, OEE) and create sustainable systems for tracking downtime and data integrity.
Work with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and drive key process improvement opportunities, aligning with cost-saving goals and growth objectives.
Manage project documentation, develop training programs, and provide strategic support for technical training initiatives.
Continuously monitor and improve operational processes, ensuring quality standards align with the company’s Quality Plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills, with proven success in process improvement initiatives.
Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in data analysis, root cause investigation, and reporting.
Skills & Abilities:
Effective communicator who can build and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable about production capacity, facility design, and process documentation.
