Our client, a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers and cooling towers, seeks a dedicated Industrial Construction Supervisor for equipment installation in Kenosha, WI. Join us and be a key player in cooler installations, for the growing data center industry.
Responsibilities:
On-site field supervision of cooler installations
Collaborate with customers and General Contractors for effective communication
Attend morning Stretch-and-Flex/Planning meetings and afternoon coordination meetings
Coordinate tracking, shipping, and receiving of equipment and materials
Ensure correct parts are received without damage;address issues in Compass
Maintain security of the equipment at the building site and Industrial Builders
Ensure new or modified installations meet industry standards and customer specifications
Investigate and resolve technical problems;document in Compass
Provide recommendations for improvement to prevent future problems
Supervise Industrial Builders in cooler installation
Coordinate installation requirements with General Contractor
Work with IB to streamline the installation process for future projects
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent, or ten to twelve years of related experience and/or training
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Industrial/Power Plant Construction experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor when interacting with various stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Supervisory experience preferred
Additional Information:
Position based in Kenosha, WI
Regular attendance and ability to work on-site and overtime
