A growing real estate development company is seeking an accounting clerk to support their accounting team. Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Gainesville, FL (100% onsite)
Target Start Date: Second week of January
Responsibilities: As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Property Accountant and the Construction Accountant. Your responsibilities will include handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Provide support to the Property Accountant and Construction Accountant.
Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure efficient financial operations.
Manage the distribution of incoming mail.
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting functions.
Basic knowledge of accounting software.
Organizational skills to manage incoming mail.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
