Our client, a well-established operator of manufactured housing and RV communities across the U.S., is searching for a hands-on Community Manager to take the lead at a vibrant community in Sebastian, FL.
This is more than a management role —it’s an opportunity to create a welcoming, well-run community that residents are proud to call home. You’ll wear many hats, from operations leader to customer service ambassador, ensuring the community remains a safe, friendly, and thriving place to live.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations and inspire a small team of office, maintenance, and housekeeping staff.
Build positive connections with residents, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Keep the community looking its best with regular inspections and upkeep oversight.
Handle leasing and sales, welcoming new residents and guiding them through the move-in process.
Manage financials —rent collection, deposits, budgets, and vendor contracts.
Promote the community by marketing homes and rental units.
Keep everything running smoothly with organized systems and consistent follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience managing a manufactured home community and/or RV resort.
A leader who balances firmness with compassion when working with residents and staff.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and community management software.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
A natural multitasker who thrives in a role with variety and responsibility.
