Community Liaison
Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
Salary: $65, 000–$80, 000 + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a compassionate, self-driven professional to join our team as a Community Liaison. In this position, you'll be the face of our organization, championing our mission and promoting specialized end-of-life care services throughout the community. You'll build meaningful, trust-based relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources—helping families access the compassionate care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare professionals
Conduct regular, intentional outreach and relationship-building visits across the service area
Serve as an advocate for our services, explaining our philosophy and approach to prospective referral sources
Lead initial conversations with patients and families about our care services, facilitating informed decisions with empathy
Drive referral growth and census expansion by positioning our organization as the provider of choice
Maintain strong working relationships with key staff and community agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospice or palliative care marketing
Prior clinical background
Track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ($65, 000–$80, 000)
Uncapped commission structure
