Job Description Manage service plumber technicians and jobs. Mentor and instruct junior technicians. Assign and coordinate jobs with technicians through the dispatcher. Keep customers updated on scheduling and progress of service and projects. Manage Job scheduling, code compliance, complete job files, coordinate material ordering, supervise and monitor jobs to completion. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform field work and field technician support as needed. Provide and communicate clear and accurate, scope of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all technician assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial and residential customers. Identify and promote division growth opportunities. Requirements:
7+ years’experience in the Commercial Plumbing industry
Experience in purchasing, scheduling, and technician performance review
Current Journeyman and/or Master Plumber DE/MD license
Prior Service Managerial or Foreman experience a plus
A valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and personality
Computer literacy
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Satisfactory completion of drug screening, and motor vehicle report
