Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system inspections
Work directly with clients to provide top-tier service and recommendations
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to efficiently complete projects
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience as a commercial or industrial HVAC service technician
Certifications: EPA certification required;additional HVAC certifications are a plus
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge: Familiarity with various HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency best practices
Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients and team members
Reliability: A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
