A leading provider of commercial HVAC systems is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Fayetteville area. This role requires a strong background in industrial manufacturing environments and extensive experience with HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort in large-scale facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Install and commission new HVAC systems
Interpret and utilize wiring diagrams and blueprints
Coordinate day-to-day work on service contracts and projects to meet customer needs and deadlines
Make accurate repair and replacement decisions in high-pressure environments
Maintain strong communication and customer service with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC service, preferably in industrial manufacturing settings
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting methods
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Proven leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
