Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and field installations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
Financial Management: Review and manage project costs, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting.
Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in electrical project management within the commercial construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office;experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Accubid estimating software is a plus.
Licensing: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent;additional certifications or education in electrical engineering or project management is advantageous.
