Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial foundation and structural concrete projects throughout the Pontiac, Michigan area. What You'll Do
Lead all daily field operations from site preparation through project completion.
Supervise foremen, laborers, finishers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
Manage commercial foundations, structural concrete, slabs, walls, footings, and elevated concrete work.
Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to maximize productivity.
Ensure projects meet quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.
Enforce MIOSHA regulations and maintain a strong culture of jobsite safety.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
3+ years as a Superintendent or senior field leader.
Strong knowledge of commercial foundations, structural concrete, formwork, rebar, and concrete placement.
Proven ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on active commercial projects.
Excellent blueprint reading, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities with a commitment to safety and quality.
