Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to blueprints and project specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
Essential Job Duties:
- Demolition
- Concrete
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Acoustical ceilings
- Painting
- Industrial coatings and concrete treatments
- Millwork
- Floorcovering
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction or restoration industry
- Proficient in using hand and power tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Ability to plumb and level structures accurately
- Familiarity with concrete forming and pouring techniques
- STEEL STUD FRAMING experience is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Willing to train residential carpenters to understand commercial*
Typical Hours: 7: 00 am-3: 00 pm (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
