We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape pediatric pharmaceutical care and contribute to our legacy of excellence.
Role Highlights
Serve as a clinical authority in pediatric critical care, influencing patient treatment plans and outcomes.
Lead pharmaceutical care initiatives in our 32-bed PICU, setting standards for excellence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Contribute to clinical research and educational initiatives, advancing the field of pediatric pharmacy.
Uphold and exceed standards of pharmacy practice and regulatory compliance.
Who You Are:
Holder of a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
Completed PGY2 Residency training or Fellowship in pediatrics or related field.
Experienced in clinical pharmacy within pediatrics/PICU settings.
Licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas, or eligible for licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in pediatric pharmacy practice.
Exceptional communicator with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
