Job Description:
Our client is an established Engineering and Land Surveying consulting firm with offices in Venice and Englewood, Florida. They are seeking a qualified, licensed Civil Land Development/Roadway/Utilities engineer to assist with the preparation of studies, reports, designs, and plans. This position requires graduation from an ABET-accredited university and at least 5 years as a professional engineer in Florida or states with similar codes as Florida. Must be capable of attaining a Florida license within 4 months of hire if not already a licensed Florida PE. The selected candidate will be working with a talented staff of employees to produce projects for both private and public-sector clients. The successful applicant will report to work on-site in Venice, FL., and work at the direction of an assigned supervisor under the V.P. Of Engineering.

Experience:
Civil engineering: 5 years (Required)
Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
Computer modeling skills in programs similar to AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, ARC Map (GIS), and MODRET(Required)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from ABET-accredited University (Required)
License:
Florida P.E. Or E.I. (Required)
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (7: 30 a.M.- 5: 30 p.M.) Friday (7: 30 a.M.- 11: 30 a.M.)
Compensation and Benefits:
