Your Role:
Prepare and maintain the operating room to ensure a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
Ensure the functionality, sterilization, and maintenance of all surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist with patient preparation and manage the operating room's post-surgery clearance and cleaning.
Uphold rigorous inventory control and comply with all infection control, sterilization standards, and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
A graduate from an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credentials by NBSTSA, NCCT, or equivalent.
Proficiency in sterile and aseptic techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to excel within a team.
