Role Highlights
Prepare and manage the operating room for surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment.
Oversee the sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist with patient preparation, draping, and positioning, maintaining the highest standards of aseptic technique.
Play a crucial role in the smooth execution of surgical procedures, supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain inventory control and adhere to all safety and infection control standards.
What You Bring
Completion of an Accredited Program in Surgical Technology.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by NBSTSA, NCCT, or equivalent.
Proficiency in sterile and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
