Role Overview: As a vital member of our Neuro Team, you'll:
Expertly scrub in on a variety of major neurosurgical procedures, leveraging your deep understanding of anatomy and surgical protocols.
Manage and maintain the sterility and functionality of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Play a critical role in patient preparation, positioning, and maintaining aseptic technique throughout surgeries.
Perform accurate counts and manage surgical specimens according to strict protocols.
What Sets You Apart:
Graduate of an accredited program.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA, NCCT, or equivalent qualifications.
At least 2 years of experience in a surgical setting, with specific expertise in neurosurgery highly valued.
BLS certification within 30 days of hire, demonstrating your commitment to patient safety.
