They are seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join their team.
Customer Service Representatives will handle Inbound/outgoing calls to customers needing immediate assistance scheduling appointments for vehicle collision repair & towing and following up on insurance claims reported by the partnered insurance companies. We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills who want to help our valued customers. Ideal candidates will enjoy handling inbound/outbound calls (80-120 calls per day), handling inbound inquiry calls, and being comfortable with productivity requirements.
- Must have call center experience
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable handling 80-120 inbound/outbound calls per day
- Comfortable with inbound inquiry calls
- Must have at least 2 years of strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Great clerical skills, as well as the ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- M-F must be available to work any shift during the hours of 7 am to 8 pm
- Training is 9-6 for the first 3 weeks
- Temp to perm opportunity –pay increase and excellent benefits when taken permanent
- $17.00 + Incentives
