Responsibilities: - Operate and program CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. - Collaborate with the team to develop innovative product solutions. - Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate design concepts. - Perform research and development activities to improve product designs and manufacturing processes. - Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications. - Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on product design. - Proficient in CNC machine programming and operation. - Strong skills in prototyping and hands-on product development. - Experience in research and development within a manufacturing environment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
