Job Title: CA Evictions Attorney –Remote Work from Home
Location: Remote (must be licensed in California) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $70, 000 - $105, 000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Programs, and more! Position Overview We are seeking a California Evictions Attorney to join our team and manage eviction-related legal matters for clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from home, with the candidate required to be licensed in California. While prior eviction litigation experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication and research skills, and the ability to manage an active caseload efficiently. Additional bar licenses are a plus but are not necessary. Key Responsibilities
Manage an eviction caseload and provide legal advice to clients regarding eviction law matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, opposition briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Represent clients in eviction-related court hearings (prior courtroom experience is preferred).
Stay up-to-date on changes and trends in eviction law, both in California and across the United States.
Educate clients on recent developments in eviction law and potential impacts on their cases.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensing: Must be a member of the California State Bar and maintain necessary licensing and continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience practicing law. Experience in eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title law is preferred but not required.

Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the firm’s proprietary case management system.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
