Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, Python programming, and business operations. This role is perfect for an individual with a mix of analytical expertise and business acumen, who is driven to optimize processes and contribute to key business decisions.

Top Skills Required:

8+ years of professional business analysis experience
3+ years of hands-on Python experience (must be clearly demonstrated on resumes)
Strong business acumen with experience beyond just data analytics (operations experience preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education & Experience Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years in business process roles with consulting, project management, and Python for data analysis/automation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field required;MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in process optimization and conceptual thinking

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimization to drive business insights
Expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphing), and data visualization
Work with large data sets, using SQL, ETL, and relational databases for analysis
Monitor critical path activities impacting project deadlines/deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, arranging remote meetings with business leaders and SMEs
