Job Description: Looking for a dynamic and bilingual Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Portuguese, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, entering details into QuickBooks.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
