Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Attorney to join the team and specialize in Social Security Disability law. The ideal candidate will possess a client-focused mindset and a passion for assisting clients in navigating the complex legal process of obtaining disability benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals
- Conduct thorough case evaluations and develop effective legal strategies
- Gather and analyze medical records, employment history, and other relevant evidence
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and government agencies to gather necessary information
- Prepare and file legal documents and briefs
- Attend virtual and telephonic administrative hearings and advocate for clients' rights
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Social Security Disability laws and regulations
- Consult clients and share thorough communication on case status
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in ANY state
- Social Security or Veteran's Disability claim experience
- Compassionate and empathetic towards clients' needs, effective communicator
- Proficiency in medical record review and high-volume case management
- Experience with Litify software is a plus
