We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Assistant Manager who knows how to lead people, drive results, and thrive in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
This is NOT a sit-in-the-office management job.

? WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Help lead daily restaurant and catering operations
Coach, develop, and motivate hourly team members
Drive exceptional hospitality and operational execution
Assist with labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and controllable expenses
Support catering and sales growth
Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Lead from the floor and set the standard every shift
Help create a culture of ACCOUNTABILITY, URGENCY & RESULTS
? WHO WE WANT
? 2+ years of restaurant management experience
? High-volume upscale casual, fast casual, chef-driven, or premium restaurant background
? Strong leadership and team-development skills
? Understanding of restaurant financials, labor, and cost controls
? Catering experience is a PLUS
? Hands-on operator who would rather be ON THE FLOOR THAN IN THE OFFICE
