What You'll Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Lead, coach, and develop both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain a guest-first culture
Manage reservations, dining room flow, and overall operational execution
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and allergy/gluten-free protocols
Assist with labor management, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining brand standards
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Manager
Background in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant financial performance
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Active ServSafe Certification
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
