What You'll Do
Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager
Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and create memorable dining experiences
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing front- and back-of-house teams
Hold managers and hourly employees accountable for execution and results
Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability
Maintain best-in-class standards for food safety, sanitation, and allergy awareness
Ensure flawless execution during every shift while building a culture of teamwork and accountability
We're Looking For
Proven success as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Manager
Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining
A hands-on leader who leads from the floor—not the office
Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food costs, and P&Ls
Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Active ServSafe Certification (Allergy Certification preferred)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
