We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Assistant General Manager who knows how to lead people, drive results, and run a busy restaurant at a high level.
This is NOT a sit-in-the-office management job.
We need a leader who is visible on the floor, coaches in the moment, holds people accountable, creates urgency, and knows how to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume operation.
? WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Help lead all restaurant and catering operations
Coach, develop, and motivate managers and hourly team members
Drive exceptional hospitality and operational execution
Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and controllable expenses
Help grow sales, catering, and community partnerships
Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Step up and run the operation when the GM isn’t there
Help build a culture of ACCOUNTABILITY, URGENCY & RESULTS
? WHO WE WANT
? 2+ years of restaurant management experience
? High-volume upscale casual, fast casual, chef-driven, or premium restaurant background
? Strong leadership and team-development skills
? Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls
? Catering experience is a PLUS
? Hands-on operator who would rather be ON THE FLOOR THAN IN THE OFFICE
