What You'll Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead and inspire both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coach, train, and develop managers and hourly team members while fostering a culture of accountability
Ensure seamless service, efficient reservation flow, and an immaculate restaurant environment
Maintain industry-leading standards for food safety, sanitation, and allergy/gluten-free protocols
Assist with labor management, scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and training
Monitor restaurant performance and help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Build lasting relationships with guests while resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Manager in an upscale or polished casual restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Proven ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
Experience managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Active ServSafe Certification
Allergy Certification (or ability to obtain)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when needed
