We’re seeking a high-performing Assistant General Manager who is ready to take the next step into a General Manager role.
This is not an opportunity for someone who still needs years of development. We’re looking for a proven restaurant leader who can operate at a GM level today—someone who understands the business, develops strong teams, drives results, and can confidently lead a high-volume upscale casual operation.

What You'll Do
Partner with the GM while taking ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead and develop FOH and BOH managers and hourly teams
Drive exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
Manage labor, scheduling, staffing, training, and performance
Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and key performance metrics
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and leadership development
Step in and lead the restaurant confidently when the GM is not present
What We're Looking For
Must be ready to step into a GM role
Current AGM, senior restaurant manager, or experienced GM
Upscale or polished casual restaurant experience
Proven success leading high-volume operations
Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing successful teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
ServSafe Certification
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
