As they continue expanding into the U.S. Market, they are actively seeking an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager to oversee operations and support business growth at their retail location in Milpitas, California.

Oversee and direct daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality 监督并指导门店日常运营，确保高效顺畅运行
Formulate and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive branch growth 制定并执行市场营销及业务拓展策略，促进门店增长
Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities 通过商品陈列与促销活动推动销售
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and complaint resolution 提供卓越服务，处理客户投诉，维护良好客户关系
Ensure the branch meets financial targets and KPIs 确保门店达成业务目标及财务绩效指标
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development 负责员工排班、培训及职业发展
Collaborate with District Managers and other branches on recruitment and team initiatives 与区域经理及其他门店协作招聘与团队建设
Prepare and submit sales reports and related documents 编制并提交销售报表及相关文件
Qualifications / 职位要求 To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications: 申请此职位需满足以下条件：
Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including at least 6 years in jewelry sales or management 至少12年零售经验，其中6年为珠宝销售或管理经验
Strong knowledge of gold, silver, platinum, and gemstones 熟悉黄金、白银、铂金及各类宝石知识
Fluent in Mandarin and English;Cantonese is an asset 精通普通话与英语，懂粤语者优先
Ability to read Traditional Chinese 能阅读繁体中文
Proven leadership and team management skills 具备卓越的领导与团队管理能力
Excellent communication and customer service skills 出色的沟通能力与客户服务意识
Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office 熟练使用POS系统与Microsoft办公软件
Understanding of retail regulations and compliance practices 熟悉美国零售相关法规与合规操作
