As they continue expanding into the U.S. Market, they are actively seeking an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager to oversee operations and support business growth at their retail location in Milpitas, California. Responsibilities As the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, you will:
Oversee and direct daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality
Formulate and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive branch growth
Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and complaint resolution
Ensure the branch meets financial targets and KPIs
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
Collaborate with District Managers and other branches on recruitment and team initiatives
Prepare and submit sales reports and related documents
Qualifications To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including at least 6 years in jewelry sales or management
Strong knowledge of gold, silver, platinum, and gemstones
Fluent in Mandarin and English;Cantonese is an asset
Ability to read Traditional Chinese
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Understanding of retail regulations and compliance practices
