What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Phones •Be our warm, professional first impression—answer inbound calls, route messages, and greet walk-ins with confidence and courtesy.
Customer Care •Build rapport by phone and email, provide updates, schedule appointments, and follow up proactively to keep customers informed and at ease.
Inbox & Calendar Management •Manage shared inboxes, prioritize messages, and schedule meetings, site visits, and installations.
Documentation •Prepare and proof estimates, invoices, and basic forms;keep digital files and customer records organized and up to date.
Order Entry & Tracking •Enter new jobs into our system, update project milestones, and coordinate with production and installation teams.
Clerical Support •Assist with data entry, mailing/shipping, scanning, filing, supply orders, and general office organization.
Team Support •Serve as the communication hub between sales, design, production, and installation to help projects move smoothly from start to finish. (We will train you on our sign shop systems and processes—industry experience is helpful, but not required.)

Must-Have Qualifications
1–3+ years in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong phone etiquette and customer-facing confidence •High attention to detail and follow-through •Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office •Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have
Experience with CRM or job-tracking tools (Trello, Click Up, etc.) •Familiarity with estimates/quotes, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping •Experience in sign/print, construction, trades, or scheduling-heavy environments
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Wilmington, NC (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday) •Compensation: $18–$22/hour depending on experience, plus a 90-day review and growth path •Benefits: PTO/holidays, dental and vision insurance, ongoing training, and a supportive, team-focused culture
