About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our executive team. This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of routine administrative work and higher-level tasks. While some duties are fundamental administrative responsibilities, this role also offers the opportunity to take on more complex projects and contribute meaningfully to the team’s efficiency.
Key Responsibilities •Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling deliveries. •Maintain and update ERP system data. Future projects and responsibilities may include tasks such as weekly updates to Pricing. •Assist with digitizing and scanning documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility. •Support executives with ad-hoc administrative tasks and data entry in Salesforce and Tableau. •Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings. •Generate and enter sales reports on behalf of the sales team while they are on the road. •Assist with financial audits by organizing documentation for review. •Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to improve workflow efficiency.
What We’re Looking For •Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role;experience supporting executives is a plus. •Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and ERP platforms. •Work Ethic: Punctuality and reliability are essential. The position requires strict adherence to a 7: 00 AM start time. •Communication: Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team. •Personality: Even-tempered and adaptable, capable of handling shifting priorities without becoming flustered. •Problem-Solving: Ability to take on additional responsibilities and proactively find solutions to administrative challenges.
