The Accounting Manager supports day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and process support. This is a hands-on role suited for a collaborative environment, with healthcare industry OR Shared Services experience preferred.
This is a newly created position due to continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Support general ledger, revenue, and expense accounting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and support audits as needed
Maintain internal controls and support process improvements
Supervise or provide guidance to accounting staff as applicable
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience;healthcare industry experience preferred
