A dynamic manufacturing operation in Rock County, Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to lead on-site financial activities and partner with operations leadership. This role plays a key part in reporting, analysis, and inventory management to drive strategic decisions at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality financial analysis for plant leadership
Lead projects related to accounting, metrics, and operational improvement
Support monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgets
Maintain standard cost system—including BOM and routing accuracy
Communicate and analyze budget/cost variances
Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and capitalization of assets
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and data accuracy
Support capital request preparation and compliance activities
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing finance/accounting role
2+ years of leadership, strategy, or project management experience
Preferred:
CPA or CMA certification
10+ years of plant-level finance experience
