Accounting Clerk –Louisville, KY

A respected organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving
  • Processes accounts payable invoices and checks for payment
  • Answers vendors' questions regarding orders
  • Orders supplies
  • Reviews time cards for personnel
  • Processes deposits
  • Additional projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience as an accounting clerk or similar duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Compensation
  • $40-45k
