A client of mine located in Bensalem, PA is seeking an Account Manager/Business Development Specialist to join their organization. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, driving sales growth within construction industry, and new business development. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills. They will have a customer-centric approach and a passion for building long-lasting business relationships.
This role will be mostly remote, with occasional bi-weekly meetings on-site. If you prefer to come into the office more often, that is an option as well.
This role will be handling current accounts, and mushrooming inside these accounts to develop new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and working with existing customers to grow the company's client base and increase revenue.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing them with ongoing support, product information, and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Follow-up on sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, and providing feedback to the Sales Team to capture projects and determine sales strategies based on the information obtained.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
