We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our organization. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new leads through territory development, existing clients, marketing efforts, and targeted vertical markets.
This is a hybrid position with both office and field responsibilities, with working hours from 7: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, your role will be focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities. Here’s how you will make an impact:
Business Development: Research, create, and develop a targeted prospect list. Qualify leads, survey potential clients, and close new business opportunities across various vertical markets.
Client Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients, listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions that address those needs effectively.
Sales Proposals & Presentations: Use company-provided systems to create, estimate, and develop detailed, client-centric proposals. Present these proposals to potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
Sales Cycle Management: Drive open proposals to successful conclusion, managing the negotiation process and collaborating with internal and external resources to close deals.
Opportunity Tracking: Maintain an active backlog of maintenance proposals and ensure consistent follow-up in alignment with the sales plan. Use Salesforce.Com to track opportunities and activity.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, equipment changes, and market trends to deliver the most current and effective solutions to clients.
Safety Adherence: Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and client relationship management. We value technical aptitude, but also seek individuals who are motivated, adaptable, and have strong communication skills. Here’s what we need:
Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, ideally in HVAC, facility services, or property management
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills
Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and work in various field environments
Moderate lifting (up to 15 lbs)
Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $60, 000 - $70, 000, plus an incentive plan based on sales performance (paid as a percentage of sales).
