Our client is searching for a highly-skilled and detail-oriented Construction Director with proven expertise in coordinating project design, estimates, value engineering, scheduling, permitting, and bidding to drive project excellence.
Experienced in leading multi-million-dollar developments and redevelopments and providing oversight in the provision of lean-based solutions, project planning, roadblocks mitigation, as well as contract negotiation and administration.
Well-versed in understanding and translating all key construction documents, including drawings, submittals, permits, safety regulations, change orders, and RFIs.
Possess outstanding organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Excel in managing stakeholder relations, direct cost-effectiveness, and eliminating high-stake project risks.
The ideal candidate for the Construction Director position should have 7- 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
