Our client is looking for an experienced marketing manager who will help develop as well as play a lead role in implementing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Marketing. Role will be to help strengthen the brand and help internal stakeholders grow their businesses by developing and implementing on both national and local marketing programs, with an emphasis on helping their team get off to a strong start with strong marketing efforts. Other aspects will be to help train and educate internal stakeholders on marketing best practices and success stories. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded marketing self-starter who wants to expand their impact within a company and expand their experience across marketing disciplines.
This is a Remote Role with some travel to the corporate offices on the east coast. Ideally, we are targeting someone who resides within the Eastern Standard Time Zone
Key Responsibilities:
Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders, assisting in marketing reach for business through corporate-run and local marketing programs.
Conduct marketing onboarding training sessions on various marketing topics, including traditional media, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, ground marketing and social media.
Assist in strategic planning and development of consumer and client advertising campaigns and marketing materials for both national and local use
Lead the development and execution of corporate communications for internal stakeholders
Oversee marketing efforts in crafting messaging, managing reporting, and implementing media tactics
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Provide regular marketing training to the system on various topics including traditional media, PPC, ground marketing and social media
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
5+ Years of marketing experience, especially in digital marketing
Experience working within the educational field and/or franchise brand marketing would be preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including group presentation skills
Organized and efficient, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work on or ahead of deadlines
Self-motivated, passionate about helping others
Highly detail-oriented, analytical and skilled at using data to make informed decisions and recommendations
Solution-oriented, resourceful and able to develop and present clear, concise recommendations
Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
