We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant. The successful candidate will support the purchasing department and ensure the smooth flow of procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate purchasing records, including vendor files, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and scorecards.
Assist buyers in updating and maintaining part numbers and vendor files in the system.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies promptly.
Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and availability to work on-site.
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
High school diploma or equivalent.
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
