We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Project Manager to join a dynamic team. As a PMO Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects through proactive management and strategic coordination. Responsibilities:
Proactively manage sub-projects, focusing on ensuring and evaluating measurable results.
Ensure consistency of action plans and planned results across sub-projects and during the program.
Coordinate project contents intensively with involved corporate functions, such as controlling.
Engage in content-related “sparring”regarding the project progress with involved stakeholders.
Develop and prepare regular interim presentations of results for the executive board and the Program Steering Committee.
Develop and enforce countermeasures when a deviation from the budget is foreseeable.
Address particular challenges, including conflict management, detection of correlations, and performance risks across sub-projects.
Challenge developed content and support implementation, providing best practices and aligning with internal as well as external experts.
Create Investment proposals (Capex) and business case justifications.
Administer PMO Tools and demonstrate experience in project and program management methodologies and processes in manufacturing companies.
Possess good business understanding and experience in analyzing business needs, Operations, and Supply Chain process knowledge.
Optimize processes and their costs, understand financial reporting, P+L, cash flow, and the impact of projects on the company's bottom line.
Conduct data analysis, demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, and exhibit good organizational skills.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work on your initiative.
Possess good communication and presentation skills and demonstrate curiosity about product and production technology.
Qualifications:
Bring at least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in the field of project management, with experience in finance considered a plus.
Hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
