They are seeking a talented and motivated e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-DAT) Staff Lawyer to join their innovative practice group. We are looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are eager to engage in meaningful work within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including data preservation, collection, review, and production.
Facilitate and advise on drafting and negotiating search terms and ESI protocols.
Manage technology-assisted review workflows in Relativity One.
Advise internal and external clients on discovery-related strategies and best practices.
Conduct legal research and investigations to support case strategies.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement e-discovery processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the e-DAT practice group.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Washington State Bar Association.
3-5 years of substantive experience in litigation and e-Discovery.
Proficiency in Relativity One and a strong understanding of e-discovery technologies.
Excellent persuasive writing, oral communication, and legal research skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
