Design and implement advanced automated systems that improve efficiency and reduce manual labor across production lines.
Program and maintain robots and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Bosch) for high-performance manufacturing operations.
Integrate servo motors, sensors, HMIs, vision systems, and test equipment into automated workstations.
Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving automation projects.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation for maximum uptime.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and provide training on new systems.
Keep up with emerging automation technologies and best practices in the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’experience in automation/controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in PLC and PC programming (C#, C++, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
Experience with robotics integration (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Festo) and automated workstations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Knowledge of electrical diagrams (European and American standards), industrial network design, and safety compliance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills;able to interpret technical documentation and drive cross-functional solutions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
