What you’ll do
Set up, operate, and prove out jobs on CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision
Program directly from prints and models, optimizing code and tooling for efficiency
Machine first articles and short-run R&D projects, troubleshooting production issues as they arise
Design and document fixtures, setups, and process improvements
Inspect finished parts with precision tools and maintain accurate quality records
What you’ll bring
10+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent training
Strong skills in writing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
Familiarity with Fanuc or Haas controls;experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software a plus
Proven attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a production environment
Understanding of ISO or AS quality standards preferred
