Our client is seeking multiple CAD Technicians with varying degrees of experience. The company is located in sunny Naples, FL. JOB SUMMARY:
CAD Technician with an understanding of the civil engineering industry and of the capabilities and use of AutoCAD for engineering purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Preparation of exhibits, presentation drawings, and sales phasing maps.
·Set-up and labeling of drawing plans.
·Preparation of drafting details and cross-sections.
·Performs basic quantity take-off foe construction cost estimating.
·Printing/plotting of plans and maps.
·Assists in the compilation of plans and submittal packages for agency reviews.
·Participates and supports organizations efforts to achieve goals
·Participates and attends staff meetings.
·Collaborates with employees and staff with the preparation and coordination of materials for special events and projects.
·Abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
·Follows all safety rules and makes use of appropriate safety equipment.
·Maintains all information in the strictest of confidence.
·Report at regular intervals on progress.
·Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: CAD operator experience. A certificate or degree in CAD from a technical school or program is preferred. Good interpersonal skills, this position will interact with a wide range of people. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
